Hey Everyone

Starting June 16th I will be off of work and returning the first week of August.

To continue my education and my personal goals, I am going back to school! Those of you who have booked in on a Saturday, I am still taking these appointments.

I am greatly humbled by the support and encouragement I have gotten from my clients, and my family.

It really is hard for me to put my business on hold for 6 weeks, so I greatly appreciate all of your understanding and flexibility with your appointments!

My job and my business and my clients are big love in my life.

I will never, ever stop doing hairstyling… this is the right time in my life to get my education so that one day down the road I can work for the school board and still be able to do my business at home.

Thanks again for the support, see you in August!

Paige and Tom’s Wedding

What a beautiful wedding. Despite the wind, it could not have been a more beautiful day. The setting is acres or farm land, gorgeous home, bright yellow and orange leaves falling from the trees, a heard of sheep passing by, pumpkins and hay, it was out of a story book.

The ceremony and reception held at the Pines in Cambridge, a beautiful hall on its own, topped off with home made gorgeous hydrangea center pieces. Paige and the girls were just stunning and Tom and all the guys looked pretty good too!

I have known Paige’s family for about 8 years now, going into their home to do their hair. Its not something I usually do, but I just love this family, and I love their overly homey home. It really is the coziest house I have ever been in, so it was an honer to be asked to do all of the hair, and be a guest as well. My boyfriend Brad did the videography for the wedding. How lucky am I that I get to work with my boyfriend and that we got to enjoy this wedding together! Thanks to the Summerhayes and Rich family for including us!

I just recently bought myself a GHD flat iron. I have had my eye on one for a few years now, just waiting on my flat iron to give out so I could get a new one. Well, I didn’t wait, I mean, how could I when GHD comes out with a limited edition Purple flat iron??? so, I splurged, and bought it. So worth it. GHD stands for good hair day for a reason. It really is the best tool I have ever worked with. the picture below is of my hair curled with this flat iron. The results in straightening the hair are incredible, but curling is just as great! I am thrilled with my purchase!
